When you don't have any space in your vehicle,
to build in a light tower, which light system can be used?

Answer:
You can use the Stem-Lite, because thanks to the ingenious rolloscopic mast, the system does not take a lot of space to build on top of the vehicle.

If I don't have an air supply available, can I use the Stem-Lite?
|
Answer:
Yes, Stem-Lite works on 12 V or 24 V DC motor for extension/retraction of the mast.
|
Up to what wind force Stem-Lite can be used?
|
Answer:
Stem-Lite can be used up to Wind force 10 (Beaufort), 120 km/h.
|
How does the Stem-Lite operates in extreme cold conditions?
|
Answer:
In extreme cold conditions its ideal because off-set ice breaks automatically off when the Stem goes from round to flat.
|
Why is Stem-Lite system so easy to mount?
|
Answer:
Because none of the moving parts of the unit are placed inside the vehicle, you only have to drill a hole (35 mm) through the roof and secure it with a bolt, the same hole is also used for the cable to get through.

Why does Zumro has an automatic parking feature on its lights?
|
Answer:
The autopark feature brings the unit automatically in its start position to avoid damage to the lighting unit or other installed components.

How can the Q-Lite be extended?
|
Answer:
By air pressure which can be supplied by the airbrake system of the fire-truck, compressor or by an 200/300 bar air bottle with pressure reducer.
The required air pressure is approximitly 1.5 bar.

Why are all the electrical components mounted in the head of the Q-Lite?

Answer:
It makes it very easy to maintain the Q-Lite without having to disassemble other parts in the vehicle to reach for the mast.

How many lights can I put on a Q-Lite?

Answer:
You can choose between 2, 4 and 6 lights. Every lamp can be 500, 750, 1000 or 1500 W.

Which lengths of the mast are available?

Answer:
In extended state the pneumatic mast is available in 5, 7 or 8 meters.

When I want a directional light but do not want an air pressure operated mast what options do I have?

Answer:
The Knight-Lite is a fully electrical operated directional light.

What is the benefit of folding mechanism of the Knight-Light
up to a conventional mast?

Answer:
The special folding mechanism of the Knight-Lite enables the light to be put completely flat on the truck and with the auto-Park feature that goes completely automatically. Also the light can be directed directly beside the fire-truck which enables you to have the best lighting there and also give you a possibility to warm victims.
